The weighing station is equipped with a Dini Argeo 3590 EGT touch scale that is linked to a motorized filling screw. During filling, the weighing scale continuously monitors the weight. Once the preset target weight is reached, the weighing scale automatically switches off the filling screw. This guarantees high accuracy and prevents product waste.
Ease of use for the operator
After filling, the operator simply slides the bucket along the integrated roller conveyor to the sealing machine for further processing. The touch screen of the Dini Argeo 3590EGT indicator makes operation extremely user-friendly. Operators can select items or adjust a target weight with just a few simple steps.
