Introduction
Tegra Systems is the company behind Production Planner 2.0. Tegra Systems has been active since 2003. We have years of experience in weighing and labeling systems. Moreover, automation plays a significant role in our company. We offer various software solutions for connecting weighing scales and label printers.
For the meat processing sector, we developed SBS software, which has grown into a full order registration package. With SBS, you can process orders, print packing slips, print product labels & manage inventories. Naturally, our scales and printers are connected to this system.
In 2003, we built our first two broccoli sorting lines. Since then, there have been constant developments. Over the years, the flat weighing belts have been transformed into belts mounted in a V shape. The complete control system has also been further developed and renewed, making the sorting lines faster & more accurate. Additionally, the discharge gates have been replaced with discharge mills, which is better for pointed cabbage and improves sorting speed.
In 2019, we also updated the HMI software. Until 2019, we used a highly developed HMI software with its own label layout program. Several customers expressed the desire to use Bartender for inline printers on the sorting line. To meet this request, we integrated Bartender into the new HMI software. You can use existing Bartender labels on the sorting line, and you can also create labels in Bartender at the office and upload them to the sorting line & apply them inline.
The most recent development is Production Planner 2.0 linked to the sorting lines.
