CAB AXON

Semi-automatic label printer for applying labels around cylindrical products. The AXON is very suitable for application on syringes, injection needles, etc. 

Standard Features

The CAB Axon 1 & 2 are semi-automatic and precise machines for label application around cylindrical products, such as syringes, injection needles, etc.

Thanks to this unique labeling, sample tubes can be labeled quickly and reliably in laboratories. In practice, self-adhesive labels are applied individually to tubes or bottles. With 1D or 2D coding, samples can be fully automated during transport and archiving.

AXON is designed for direct thermal and thermal transfer label printing. Print resolutions of 300 dpi or 600 dpi favor sharp print images with high contrast. The smallest codes and fonts can be printed reliably.

A labeling cycle takes less than two seconds. Tubes and injection vials with or without closure can be manually inserted or automated through a cobot handling system.

The touch control panel supports intuitive operation of AXON. Replacing a label roll or ribbon is no problem. In case of cleaning or wear, the print rollers and transport rollers can be easily removed using a provided tool.

RS232, USB, Ethernet, and WLAN facilitate data transfer. AXON can be integrated with laboratory information management systems (LIMS). If no PC is connected, variable data can be entered on a control panel using a keyboard or scanner.
