Cab XD Q Series

CAB XD Q 2 dual-sided label printers have been developed with a focus on easy and convenient operation with high reliability. 

• Print Resolution:
  • 300 dpi at a print width of up to 105.7 mm.
  • 600 dpi at a print width of up to 54.1 mm using a DR4-M60 print roll.
• Print Heads:
  • Print heads designed for 300 dpi and 600 dpi are not interchangeable.
  • Heating can be set separately for each print head.
• Automatic Print Head Control:
  • When printing on one side with print head 2, print head 1 is automatically lifted and the ribbon stops thanks to an electromechanical brake.
• Material Guidance:
  • Centric material guidance ensures accurate print results, especially with narrow, continuous materials. The material width is set using a spindle.
• Automatic Ribbon Saving:
  • When printing from the bottom with print head 1, it is lifted and the ribbon stops during material transport, resulting in ribbon savings.
• Continuous Printing:
  • Ability to print continuously without rewinding when cutting or perforating labels.
  • Optimized for seamless printing of multiple print jobs without loss of labels.
• Cutting Options:
  • Available with CSQ cutting machines and PSQ perforation cutters.
• Separation Mechanism:
  • A built-in separation mechanism reliably separates continuous material from the ribbon and improves the accuracy of the feed.
• Transport Rolls:
  • Standard steel transport roll for printing on textile materials.
  • Optional rubber transport roll for shrink sleeves.
  • The transport roll can be rotated for easy material change.
